What we fix before your return
When a PCP agreement ends, the finance company inspects the vehicle against BVRLA fair wear and tear guidelines. Anything outside those guidelines gets charged — and those charges are typically 2–3 times the cost of a professional SMART repair. The maths are straightforward: pay us now, or pay them significantly more later. We cover the whole of Surrey and can usually quote from photos as quickly as possible.
