1ABOUT US

Technicolour Smart Repair and Auto Smart Repairs UK are mobile vehicle body repair services specialising in minor cosmetic repairs including scratches, scuffs, dents and paintwork damage.

All work is carried out at the customer's location where suitable conditions allow.

2QUOTATIONS

All quotes are based on the damage visible in photos or descriptions provided. Final pricing may change upon inspection if:

Quotes are valid for 28 days from the date issued.

3BOOKING & PAYMENTS

Bookings are confirmed once a date and time has been agreed.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of future bookings.

4CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking.

⚠️ Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the quoted repair cost. This charge covers lost time and booking allocation.

By confirming your booking, you agree to this cancellation policy. This will also be outlined in your booking confirmation.

We reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to weather conditions, equipment issues or safety concerns.

6REPAIR LIMITATIONS

We specialise in minor cosmetic SMART repairs only. We do not carry out:

Repairs on electric or hybrid vehicles are limited. Where damage is significant or requires methods such as pin pulling, the vehicle may need to be powered down by a manufacturer-approved specialist. In these cases, we will not proceed and would recommend a suitable bodyshop.

Large, deep or complex dents that fall outside of SMART repair scope may not be repairable to a suitable standard using mobile methods. In these cases, we will advise accordingly and recommend a bodyshop.

Panels that are excessively damaged, previously poorly repaired, or where the integrity of the panel is compromised may not be suitable for mobile repair. If a repair is deemed unsuitable, we may recommend a bodyshop.

7COLOUR MATCHING

We use professional bodyshop-grade materials and aim to achieve a high quality finish. However:

8WARRANTY

We offer a lifetime guarantee on workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.

11PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

We may take before and after photographs of repairs for quality control and marketing purposes including social media and our website. No personal information or identifiable details (such as number plates) will be shared.

12WEATHER & DELAYS

As a mobile service, repairs are weather dependent. We may delay or reschedule work if conditions affect paint curing or overall finish quality. We will always contact you as early as possible if this occurs.
